Shipping
- Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise.
- Your tracking number is in your order email.
- Delivery questions: the order desk, listed in the site footer.
Guarantee
The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase unless the sales page prints a longer window. To claim it, call the order desk with your order ID; its number is in the site footer. It’s a purchase policy, not a medical promise.
How to return
- Call the order desk (number in the site footer) with your order ID.
- Pack the bottles with a note: your full name, email and order ID.
- Mail to 425 Park Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10022.
- Use a tracked service. You pay return shipping.
